Refund & Exchange Policy

We want every order to feel right. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, you can exchange or return it within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, newborn bodysuits opened from multipacks, hair accessories and bottles that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

WhatsApp us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm within one working day and share the return address or arrange a pickup in major cities.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free once per order. We ship the new size as soon as the original reaches us, subject to stock.

Refunds

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us. Online payments are refunded to the original method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover all return and replacement shipping.
